Who we are

This store is operated by Event Photo Magnets, a sole proprietorship based in California, United States. Throughout this page, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Event Photo Magnets. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Your photos

You keep every right you have in the photos you upload. Nothing here transfers ownership of your images to us.

You give us a limited license to use your photos for exactly one purpose: making and shipping the magnets you ordered. We do not sell your photos, share them with anyone else, or use them in our own marketing without asking you first and getting a clear yes.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Please don't upload photos you don't own or don't have permission to use, and please don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts the exploitation of a minor. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order for these reasons.

Your photos are uploaded through a third-party app and stored on that provider's servers so that we can print your order. We keep them for as long as we need to fulfill your order and handle any follow-up, such as a remake. If you would like your photos removed, email us and we will delete the copies we hold and ask our upload provider to remove theirs.

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so the colors you see may differ slightly from the printed magnet. Because each magnet is printed and pressed by hand, small variations between sets are normal and are part of the product, not a defect.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, including after an order is placed, and will refund you in full if we do.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel yours, we refund it in full.

You are responsible for the shipping address you enter. We can't reroute a parcel once USPS has it. See our Shipping Policy for the details.

Returns

See our Return and Refund Policy. It is short and it is generous.

Sales tax

We collect California sales tax where applicable. We do not ship outside the United States.

Our liability

We do our best, but we provide this site and our products as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under California law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
