Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order.
Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum and no threshold.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long it takes
Every magnet is made to order from the photo you upload, so there is a short production window before your parcel leaves us.

• Production: 2 to 3 business days
• Transit: 3 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12pm Pacific are counted from the next business day. We do not produce or ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with USPS tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once USPS has it, and we cannot replace an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please allow one additional business day; USPS sometimes scans early. If it still has not arrived, or if it arrives damaged, email us at hello@eventphotomagnets.com and we will make it right.
