Refund policy

Our promise

Every magnet is made to order from the photo you send us, so we don't accept returns the way a t-shirt shop does. We do something better.

If you are not happy with your magnets, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake them or refund you. Your choice. You don't need to ship anything back, and you can keep the magnets you have.

That applies whether the print came out wrong, the parcel arrived damaged, or you simply don't love how they turned out. We would rather remake a set than have you stick something on your fridge that disappoints you every time you walk past.

How to reach us

Email hello@eventphotomagnets.com with your order number and, if something looks wrong, a photo of what arrived. A photo helps us fix the underlying problem, but it isn't a condition of the refund.

Cancellations and changes

Email us as soon as you can. If we haven't started printing, we can cancel or swap your photos at no cost. Once a set is printed and pressed we can't un-make it, but the 30-day promise above still covers you.

Photo quality

Small phone photos and screenshots sometimes print soft. If we think one of your photos won't hold up at 2×2", we'll email you before we print anything rather than send you a magnet you won't like.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.
